COUSINS STREET RESIDENCEs
SALEM, MA
2016
This project involved the conversion of an 1879 jute mill building that was adaptively reused into multi-family housing for 8 units made up of spacious two bedroom units. The building was previously the Polish Falcons Club until the late 1940's. The design called for sensitive modification and repair to the façade, gardens, extensive site work, among other extensive interior renovations.
