From window replacements to building envelope improvements, these modifications help improve the standard of living for its occupants, while also increasing the energy efficiency of the buildings.​

This project consists of architectural design services for the interior renovation site design to convert four elderly housing units to be fully accessible and compliant with both ADA and MAAB design guidelines.

The project also included upgrades to the community building, public toilet rooms, laundry facility, and the common function hall.
