This project involved a two-floor addition and renovation of a single-family property. Derby Square Architects worked with the developer to make this into a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with a finished basement and garage. The Yankee-Modern aesthetic is something the client requested and worked to incorporate the design style into this previously very modest home.
